All messages or calls relating to a proper and safe use of internet and mobile payments, as well as to misuse of the payment instruments intended for those types of payment, will be sent / made by the Bank to the Customer exclusively through the designated secure channels: through the Bank’s official website (https://www.otpbanka.hr/), through the Internet banking home screen or inbox, or by a phone call from the Contact Centre of the OTP banka (072 201 555).


Login instructions for eLEMENT@ Internet banking

  1. Switch on the token by pressing/li>
  2. Enter your personal PIN
  3. Press number 1
  4. Enter the token serial number which is located on the back of the token ( 8 or 10 digit number without entering the dash) in the "Token serial number" box
  5. Enter 6 digit one-time password generated by the token in the "Access code (APPLI 1)" box
  6. Press "Login"

Mobile banking

OTP bank d.d. Croatia extended its services offer with mobile banking application called OTP m-banking, which is intended for users of smartphones based on the Android operating system. Application allows various examinations in the traffic and savings accounts, various financial transactions and other functionality that You can see here.
