A phishing attack is underway against OTP banka in connection with the „refund of overpaid fees“, which requires the completion of the attached form.
If you receive such or a similar message, forward it to alert.infosec@otpbanka.hr and delete it without opening the attachment or link in the message (the attachment is potentially malicious!).
Please keep in mind that the OTP banka will never ask its customers to enter sensitive data such as PIN, passwords, login code (one time password - OTP) or message authentication code (MAC) via e-mail.
In addition, it is strongly recommended that you do not open messages from suspicious senders or download suspicious and potentially malicious attachments.
